Herstellung

Ein handgefertigtes, nachhaltiges Naturprodukt zur Aufbewahrung aller Art. Der
Rohstoff Birkenrinde behält über Jahrzehnte seine Form und Elastizität. Die
Rinde stammt von sibirischen Birken, die für die Möbelherstellung gefällt
werden. Die Schale der Birke wird dabei nicht benötigt und somit meist für
andere Produkte nachhaltig verarbeitet. Die innere Schicht der Birkenrinde wird durch ein Wasserbad
abgelöst und dient dem Korpus der eigentlichen Vorratsdose. Um dabei ein
festeres Material zu erhalten, um z.B. der Vorratsdose mehr Stabilität undFestigkeit zu verleihen, werden mehrere Schichten in einer besonderen Technik miteinander verbunden.
